Plan the Ultimate Nashville Bachelorette Weekend (with Help from Someone Who’s Been There)

There’s just something about Nashville. 🎸 The music, the food, the murals — it’s always been one of my favorite places to stop, visit, or plan a girls’ weekend. That’s why I’m so excited to finally launch my Editable Nashville Bachelorette Guide — a 3-day, fully customizable party planner packed with restaurant and bar recs, group-friendly activities, budget pages, and fun extras like a photo sharing QR code. 📸

Whether you’re the bride, the MOH, or the friend who always ends up planning things (hi, I see you 👋), this guide is designed to make your life easier. But before I dive into what’s inside, here’s a little background on why Nashville means so much to me. 💕

👶 I’ve Been Going to Nashville My Whole Life (Literally)

Before I was born, my parents lived in Nashville — so every time I plan a trip there, I still check in with them to see what food spots they recommend (they always have strong opinions 😂). There’s just something nostalgic about it for me — it feels like home even though I didn’t grow up there.

I almost always stop in Nashville when I’m driving to visit my grandparents, and if I can swing it, I have to grab Hattie B’s Hot Chicken or The Loveless Cafe.

A few years ago, I spent New Year’s Eve in Nashville, and we had such a blast. Live music, rooftop bars, and a few “this was a bad idea, but I’m so glad we did it” moments. I’ll never forget it.

And if you have the time, I highly recommend taking a short drive to Franklin. 🛍️ It’s charming, walkable, full of cute shops, and the perfect chill contrast to Broadway’s chaos.

📘 What’s Inside the Nashville Bachelorette Guide

After helping plan so many trips (and overplanning a few of my own), I finally created something that keeps everything in one place. No more spreadsheets, texts, or scrambled Google Docs.

Here’s what’s inside:

  • 🗓️ 3-day itinerary (morning, afternoon, and night plans)
  • 🍽️ Restaurant + bar recommendations that are bride and group-approved
  • 💸 Budget tracker, to-do lists, and packing checklist
  • 🏡 Editable Vrbo info page for your host or main contact (with 9 different Vrbo options sorted by price-range to making finding a group-friendly stay easy)
  • 💕 Customizable cover + clickable index
  • 📸 QR-ready “Share Your Photos” page
  • 📍 BONUS: Bundle with the “Map of Nashville’s Most Instagrammable Spots” to make the group photoshoots even easier to plan.

It’s 100% editable in Canva with a free account, so you can customize it with names, trip dates, bookings, and more. Whether you’re planning way ahead or pulling it together the week before — this guide’s got you.

💡 Why This Guide Works

This was made for people like me — who want to stay organized but also want things to look cute and not feel like a second job. It’s mobile-friendly, easy to share with your group, and honestly fun to flip through (if you are a Type-A, like me).

Whether you want something to print and distribute at the Vrbo or just a clean way to digitally communicate the plan to the whole group, this product works.
